Well yes, it does exist !<br \/>You are necessarily downgraded to white Bordeaux, but the terroir of great wines is very present. And we can&#8217;t change that.<\/p>\n<p>What are we going to eat with that !?<\/p>\n<p>My parents&#8217; friend, a fisherman from father to son, arrived to bring us some magnificent lobsters caught in his nets in the morning. So we light the brazier !<\/p>\n<p>Sauvignon blanc, Sauvignon gris and S\u00e9millon perfume with their delicacy this magnificent white of Saint-Emilion which has body, power and fullness. Its nose exhales flowers, toasted notes and a certain bitterness.
