Château Dassault 2010

Saint Émilion Grand Cru – Grand Cru Classé

In my collection :

10 years I’ve been saving this nectar that my father gave me when he gave me one of his first primeur orders.
10 years was a long time, but it was worth the wait: the notes of red and black fruits and this little spicy bouquet make us fly away.

In the mouth, the tannins are still very solid and the beautiful finish with all the finesse of the Merlot (70% against 30% Cabernet).

This hint of acidity makes us long for the potential that is still unexploited.

Even if patience is the key, when you buy en primeur, I advise you to buy by the case, so that you can taste it in 15, 20, 30 years and see how it evolves.
Great moment shared with friends, around a magnificent veal chop.
See you in 10 years for the return match.

Did you buy primeurs in 2019 !?
